4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for 24 months after the conclusion of the engagement. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Spanish tax law.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with necessary service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (site analytics with IP anonymization), and our project management tools. All third parties are contractually bound to GDPR compliance.

Data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfer outside the EEA is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of ContentStoryWorks ("the Company"), located at Avenida de la Reina Mercedes 10, 41012 Seville, Spain, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all copywriting, content strategy, and related services provided by ContentStoryWorks.

2. Scope of Services

Services are defined in the project proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A 50% deposit is required before work commences on projects exceeding €500.
• Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT (IVA), which will be applied at the prevailing rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copywriting and content are transferred to the Client. ContentStoryWorks retains the right to display work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client objects in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContentStoryWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant project SOW. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seville, Spain.

1. General Policy

ContentStoryWorks, registered at Avenida de la Reina Mercedes 10, 41012 Seville, Spain, is committed to delivering high-quality copywriting services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the following terms.

2. Deposit & Pre-Payment

• The 50% deposit required for projects over €500 is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit is fully refundable within 10 business days.

3. Project Cancellation

• Before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative processing fees.
• During the first milestone: 50% of the project fee is refundable.
• After the first milestone: No refund. The Client receives all completed deliverables.

4. Quality Disputes

If the Client is dissatisfied with delivered work, they must submit a written complaint within 14 days of delivery. ContentStoryWorks will offer up to two (2) additional revision rounds at no cost. If the Client remains unsatisfied after revisions, a partial refund of up to 30% of the project fee may be issued at ContentStoryWorks' discretion.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed and delivered work that has been approved by the Client.
• Rush fees and expedited delivery charges.
• Third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf (stock imagery, etc.).

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection law. Clients may also seek redress through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/odr.
